Stitch Sketch: West Texas Redbud

$260.00
sold out

Spring has hit here in West Texas and I am again swooning. After being up in the Michigan winter, the colors out here are like drugs for my eyes and I can’t get enough. The redbuds are just starting to pop! This one is specifically stitched from a glorious redbud just outside my mothers-in-law’s kitchen.

These stitch sketches are meant to be studies of plants. They are sometimes trial and error for a larger idea, or the early stages of a series. Sometimes they are just stitches of something I can’t get out of my system until it’s on fabric!
